Missouri Land-Use Law and Missouri Economic Development Law cover a wide range of subjects of interest to lawyers, real estate brokers, governmental officials, and architects/planners. Land-Use Law, as the name implies, deals with basic entitlements in the field of zoning and planning and litigation that often arise from this field. Economic Development Law covers the wide array of economic incentives available under Missouri law, including tax increment financing, special taxing districts, tax abatement and tax credits.
